Well informed and professional. Since its a small business of computer repairs and sales, you get what most big vendors don't give you - time and a detailed explanation of their products on sale.I saw quite a few very good computers on sales and was provided a very good explanation of every product's specifics, which none of the big vendors have provided to me with this efficacy for any of my previous computer purchases.I would recommend you give them a try.You'll be pleasantly surprised at what small businesses like these have to offer you and the honest effort they put in !!

AVOID THIS PLACE!: Terrible place. Go to Jafferson Computers ONLY if you want to spend more money than most places, and deal with passive-aggressive thin-skinned 'techs'. It is like they must have some other form of income, because I would fire employees for treating me like the owner did sat morning, telling me I am being "too pushy", because I showed up early waiting for the doors to open to have my laptop fixed. I said Good Morning and asked him if I should wait since it was still five til 10AM =I was trying to be polite and let him know 'no rush', and he just ignored me and avoided eye contact. There I was, the *customer*, trying to be 'cheerful' to Mateen, the owner; that's his job!!!!Staff very condescending, and arrogant, and have zero sense of accountability when dealing with customers and building rapport. I tell people to AVOID this place. I also tell foreigners this is a great place to go to, if you want to experience typical 'American'/consumer 'culture'.Look BELOW, comment from Nick Mitchell -Mateen is the owner that was acting super thin-skinned talking in circles at me, he was adamant trying to victiimize himself and telling me it's my 'fault' he 'feels' pressured, because he just didnt like that I needed to have the work done same day, as I was working on a limited budget. Mateen reverts to some kind of b.s., instead of being decent, patient, and solution-oriented w/customers. No excuse for that; It was a DRAINING, VERY POOR experience at Jafferson Computers. Even if they fix something, the rest of your day will feel WORSE off.

I Was struggling with configurations on a asus computer that could only let windows 10 work with its integrated NIC card. His advice about how I was suppose to go with it saved me a hole year of struggles. And bought from this store the right network adapter 10/100/1000 for the faster speed I needed in my network.Thanks Jeff!

Excellent HIPPA compliant Data Recovery done for us immediately. We came into the store and Mateen was the only one who could recover our faulty hard drive after a couple of days of reigourous and various ways of trying to recover our data he was successfully able to recover everything. The level of service and relief he provided to us was absolutely incredible and unmatched by any vendor in the area. We highly recommend using Jafferson Computers. They are fast, friendly, and super honest company.

I went in to ask if he thought he could do anything with a nonresponsive memory stick. He tried it in 3 of his computers but it simply didn't show up on the screen. He explained what seemed to be wrong and the options for repair, none of which would definitely work and all of which could be pretty expensive. He gave me the contact info. for two on-line places that could maybe help. I came in at 5:45 and he stayed to help me until we were done, at 6:15 even though he closed at 6. I was really impressed.

I was in another store and had a general question about a wire that I needed before I purchased it. The staff member was extremely helpful and informed me that I was about to purchase the wrong cord. I was able to come to them, get quick and efficient service, and get the CORRECT cord that I needed. Thanks for saving the day!
