Where do I start... 5 stars is just not enough. Jon and the team have recently done my new website and OMG... They have gone above and beyond.. great service, great communication, great ideas, they held my hand the whole way. I have no idea about website but they made it so simple and easy for me to understand and supported me from start to finish.They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new site. INTEGRITY IN EVERYTHING THEY DO - That's a massive bonus for me as not many companies have these qualities. 10/10Lots of lots of love, hugs, appreciation and massive thanks to Jon, Janice and the whole team. I have worked with Jarilo Design for several years on projects including eBay shop and template design. I have been delighted with the designs they have produced for me. I have to commend Mark the designer I worked with for his patience with my fussing over small details. In addition, it has been very helpful to have a company as knowledgeable about eBay as Jarilo as many of the changes regarding security would have had me floored had I not had access to their advice.Highly recommend this company!

Not being technophobes, but in an online business, we seriously needed help and assistance when our website was taken down along with our large eBay shop with potentially over 3000 item options. Our business just came to a dead stop. After contacting Jarilo and explaining our situation and the damage it was doing to our business we had dedicated teams put on the website and the eBay shop. They asked the right questions that they needed to get us out of the mess and back online. when we didn't understand what they wanted they took the time to explain and walk us through what was happening. Yes it actually took longer than planned, but it always does as we gave them unrealistic deadlines. Regardless of these hiccups what we got was needed and it worked. Within hours of the website going live again we had orders coming in. We've now decided to move all our business to Jarilo and keep out business in the hands of a UK company that cares about UK companies. 5 Stars not only for doing what was expected, but 5 Stars for going that extra, and 5 Stars for the total care and commitment to customers needs.
