Feedback:

Not being technophobes, but in an online business, we seriously needed help and assistance when our website was taken down along with our large eBay shop with potentially over 3000 item options. Our business just came to a dead stop. After contacting Jarilo and explaining our situation and the damage it was doing to our business we had dedicated teams put on the website and the eBay shop. They asked the right questions that they needed to get us out of the mess and back online. when we didn't understand what they wanted they took the time to explain and walk us through what was happening. Yes it actually took longer than planned, but it always does as we gave them unrealistic deadlines. Regardless of these hiccups what we got was needed and it worked. Within hours of the website going live again we had orders coming in. We've now decided to move all our business to Jarilo and keep out business in the hands of a UK company that cares about UK companies. 5 Stars not only for doing what was expected, but 5 Stars for going that extra, and 5 Stars for the total care and commitment to customers needs.
