Client Review on Jones Lumber Company

I arrived mid morning on a Tuesday. I experienced helpful customer service and the willingness to help a simple homeowner. After a short wait, my lumber arrived via forklift and they assisted with loading it into the back of my truck. The total cost of the lumber was cheaper than going to Home Depot and I received straight boards. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. One thing that people need to understand is that this is a Lumber Yard, not a Home Depot. They have a system for helping customers. Be patient and they will help you. If you want that slam bam in and out experience, Home Depot or another big box store is probably a better bet. I say quality over impatience.
