Client Review on Jones Lumber Company

From my experience, it seems they are not interested in dealing with customers making smaller purchases of $3000. I picked up an order of western cedar stk and in my opinion, it was not to the standard I expected or was promised. I thought it may be my inexperience in this field but I was able to pick up the same thing from a different retailer who offered far superior quality. The second retailer did have a small price difference of $200. I suggest that if you're not a contractor you look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with their bad attitudes and poor quality products. $200 is an insignificant amount to pay for quality and actual customer service.Pictures below: Western Cedar STK 68/88 were in this condition
