Absolutely GREAT in every way. Don at Jones Automotive saved the day by helping me during the last hour the shop was open on a Friday during a cross-country trip. Most shops close on the weekend so I was in a pinch. The release cable for my car hood became detached and my car takes quite a bit of oil and I still have 2,000+ miles to go. He gave me a short-term solution and instructions on how to fix it later. From the moment I arrived, it was awesome service. Three mechanics I met at various points in the building made sure I had been helped. The shop is clean and organized, and the waiting room is comfortable and straightforward. Restroom is remarkably clean. I’m so grateful to have found this place and recommend it highly.
