Julie Poulson has provided me with exceptional service over the past 2 years. If I ever have a question or problem, she is quick to respond. Insurance companies can be frustrating, but I have had no problems since switching to her group. Thanks Country Mutual!

Rebecca and Julie have always been very helpful. They are always available to answer our questions. Rebecca goes above and beyond to help us. When we switched from our old insurance company to Country Financial, they were able to ensure we had the same or better coverage for the same price. All I ever need to do it pick up the phone for exceptional service. If you are looking for an insurance provider, give Julie and Rebecca a call.

I’m shocked to see any bad reviews for Julie Poulson. I’ve been a client of Julie’s for years and have always received prompt and courteous service. Not only is she a fabulous owner-agent, she’s also a genuinely caring and thoughtful person. I have always been made to feel like a valued customer, and I will continue to allow Julie to take care of all my financial-insurance needs.

While the parent company offers good rates I was not impressed with either of my visits to the Clarkesville office. I was horrified when asking for a quote and the only question I was asked was if I wanted full coverage or not. I had to insist that we take the time to methodically look at each type of coverage and options so I could refine my quote.There are countless refinements than are available when doing your own quote on-line where a truly customized quote can be obtained but here I was only given choice A or B. It was like going back 30 years before all of the technology became available.While I have never seen or spoken to Julie Poulson, I keep getting postcards from her about now nice it was that we met.

They have the worst customer service of any insurance company we've had. We loved it when Scott Roland was there but not anymore. Rebecca "Becky" tells you they are going to do one thing and then they make the executive decision to do the complete opposite without so much as a call or email updating us. Then when we call about it, we are told that we made that decision. Really? I then prove to them that we did not, and then they said "it was going to be a wash, so we did it this way." Not to mention Becky and I got "disconnected," but when I called back after I got hung up on Julie answers. So there's that. But my husband called corporate, and they were able to resolve our problem and refund us the $360 we are owed (for insurance in a car we sold a year ago that was never taken off) immediately, and they also told us the local office failed to take our home owner insurance off after we bought our new house and it's back into escrow, so they took care of that as well. Bottom line is we have been talking with them for months now about refunding us, and they just continue to drag us along doing whatever they want or blaming another office. I suggest going through Premier Group Insurance in Clarkesville
