Client Review on Julie Poulson - COUNTRY Financial representative

They have the worst customer service of any insurance company we've had. We loved it when Scott Roland was there but not anymore. Rebecca "Becky" tells you they are going to do one thing and then they make the executive decision to do the complete opposite without so much as a call or email updating us. Then when we call about it, we are told that we made that decision. Really? I then prove to them that we did not, and then they said "it was going to be a wash, so we did it this way." Not to mention Becky and I got "disconnected," but when I called back after I got hung up on Julie answers. So there's that. But my husband called corporate, and they were able to resolve our problem and refund us the $360 we are owed (for insurance in a car we sold a year ago that was never taken off) immediately, and they also told us the local office failed to take our home owner insurance off after we bought our new house and it's back into escrow, so they took care of that as well. Bottom line is we have been talking with them for months now about refunding us, and they just continue to drag us along doing whatever they want or blaming another office. I suggest going through Premier Group Insurance in Clarkesville
