Feedback:

We have done business with Kap Signs for almost five years now. As you know, signage isn't cheap at all. One of our signs came loose and we called to let them know, also asking if they would be able to come out to tighten it. They said they would have someone out that day and when we asked if there would be a charge, they said NO! They had someone come out to do the repair which took all of 10 minutes!!! However, I got a bill a month later for two hours of service! They LIED and offered DEPORABLE customer service!! Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!
