Asked for an estimate for lawn repair and sod replacement. After waiting 4 days and a few phone calls to Miriam and Customer Service I finally had a rep come to my home to get measurements for estimate. 48 hrs later and multiple phone calls I was told this $1200 job (est. from another local haslet landscape company) I was told the materials estimate for Bermuda replacement would be appx $4500 however they now refused to do business with me because of a claim pending. They refused to complete the estimate including labor ect and waited 7 days to inform me of this. Owner refused my business ??? $5000+ deal ??Pending a direct call back from owner to explain after speaking to Miriam and her Supervisor Anne.

I found out about this company because my neighbor used them and decided to give them a try. I originally called the office to get a quote and left a message, it took about a week to get back to me and that should have been my first flag. I had Trevor E. their sales rep come out and look at the property and give me a full service quote. The price seemed reasonable however since I had never done business with them before I thought I would start at the bare minimum mowing the lawn and bed maintenance. My thought was if they do a great job then I'll add in the other services they offer. My service started off poorly and only went south from there. We agreed upon a start date so I could tell my current service provider at the time that I no longer needed them. Lawn Connections showed up a week early with a crew that did a terrible job, I called Trevor he apologized, they didn't charge me which they shouldn't have an promised me it was their sub contracted crew not the main crew that was suppose to do full maintenance on my property. Next week rolled around and shocker same crew as the previous week. Now why I didn't pick up the phone that moment and cancel is beyond me but I gave them another chance. Week 3 hits and finally the crew that was supposed to be managing my lawn the entire time shows up. Service is ok for a short period then I asked to lower the mow height, they were cutting it way to tall. This should be an easy process, nope once again couldn't get it fixed quickly had to go multiple weeks before rectified. I asked for quotes for color change out, it took weeks to get it and by that time half the summer was over so I told them I was no longer interested. I can't remember the amount of times I spoke to Brooklyn and Marion (both in customer service) and left messages. The answer was always the same, sorry I didn't return your call, sorry there is an issue I'll let the crew know. I wasted too much time and too much effort on this company. There are so many good full service lawn maintenance companies out there. If you read this and still decide to do business with them then just get their mow and bed maintenance and see how happy you are after a couple of weeks.Updated 10-21-19Update to my previous review. The owner called me the next day to discuss the level of service I had received. He was very professional, apologetic, and did not get defensive when I explained my issues. He specifically asked me what he needed to do to make it right and assured me if I give them another opportunity I will not be disappointed.

I’ve worked with Chris for the third season this year. The design Lawn Connections created and implemented for my outdoor kitchen and landscaping is outstanding!I’ve been a customer before, during and after their expansion and I can tell you there’s not a better owner who cares more about his customer’s needs. The growing pains appear to be in the past.Landscaping requires coordination effort on the part of the customer and the vendor. We meet frequently so the plan is implemented and feedback results in corrections until we are happy.Lawn Connections is highly recommended and all my neighbors love the beautiful look of our yard!

If I was able to not give any stars, I would. This is the worst lawn service I have ever worked with. Started small and they were fine. Once they started to grow, communication decreased and service was awful. Had to follow-up on invoices and wasn't called back until after several calls and emails were sent. Stay far away from this company. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Nobody will talk to me all I am told is that we can only take messages it’s been over 2 weeks and they say they will let someone know I called and I will get a call back, which I don’t get a call back!

Lawn Connections is a well rounded company. They are always there to do the right thing. The crews that come out to do both of my residence are always prompt, professional, and work to a satisfactory level. They clean up after themselves and go the extra mile. I have recommended their services to many family and friends. They have never shown any disappointment in their work. I personally recommended Lawn Connections of Haslet without a doubt to anyone looking for landscaping and outdoor kitchen/patio needs.

When we posted that we originally had problems with this company. The owner showed us that he cared enough about his customers to call us directly and assure us that our experience will change. He kept his word. Any company that cares enough about their customers to reach out to them directly is one worth supporting.
