Client Review on Lawn Connections, LLC.

I found out about this company because my neighbor used them and decided to give them a try. I originally called the office to get a quote and left a message, it took about a week to get back to me and that should have been my first flag. I had Trevor E. their sales rep come out and look at the property and give me a full service quote. The price seemed reasonable however since I had never done business with them before I thought I would start at the bare minimum mowing the lawn and bed maintenance. My thought was if they do a great job then I'll add in the other services they offer. My service started off poorly and only went south from there. We agreed upon a start date so I could tell my current service provider at the time that I no longer needed them. Lawn Connections showed up a week early with a crew that did a terrible job, I called Trevor he apologized, they didn't charge me which they shouldn't have an promised me it was their sub contracted crew not the main crew that was suppose to do full maintenance on my property. Next week rolled around and shocker same crew as the previous week. Now why I didn't pick up the phone that moment and cancel is beyond me but I gave them another chance. Week 3 hits and finally the crew that was supposed to be managing my lawn the entire time shows up. Service is ok for a short period then I asked to lower the mow height, they were cutting it way to tall. This should be an easy process, nope once again couldn't get it fixed quickly had to go multiple weeks before rectified. I asked for quotes for color change out, it took weeks to get it and by that time half the summer was over so I told them I was no longer interested. I can't remember the amount of times I spoke to Brooklyn and Marion (both in customer service) and left messages. The answer was always the same, sorry I didn't return your call, sorry there is an issue I'll let the crew know. I wasted too much time and too much effort on this company. There are so many good full service lawn maintenance companies out there. If you read this and still decide to do business with them then just get their mow and bed maintenance and see how happy you are after a couple of weeks.Updated 10-21-19Update to my previous review. The owner called me the next day to discuss the level of service I had received. He was very professional, apologetic, and did not get defensive when I explained my issues. He specifically asked me what he needed to do to make it right and assured me if I give them another opportunity I will not be disappointed.
