A friend referred us over to Legwork. After looking into them and working with Kara, it was very clear that Legwork was a great fit for the practice. Kara made the transition very easy for us and made sure we were set up for success before going live. Legwork also appointed us a graphic designer, Sondra, to re-design and update our website. I recently switched to Legwork PRM for both patient communication and website design. So far we have had great feedback from patients on communication with reminders and ease of appointment requests. Shon, my website designer went the extra mile to complete our website on time with all the bells and whistles. I couldn't be happier with the way Shon took my ideas and made me a truly custom website. I highly recommend Legwork to all my colleagues.

Legwork is a great company! My dental practice has been using Legwork for the past two years for our patient notifications including recall notices, confirmations, practice specials, etc. The staff at Legwork is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We've used other companies in the past and Legwork is the best. I would definitely recommend their services to any dental practice.

We're using LegWork in conjunction with our Curve practice management software. We engage our patients with reminders, confirmations and reactivation - text, email and post card correspondence - on a schedule we established and can easily modify. Text and email correspondences are two way – patients can and do engage us via LegWork in scheduling conversations regarding their appointments. In addition to the custom notification flexibility via our dashboard, we can customize the communication template messages (text, email & post card). Early in our relationship with LegWork there were some minor glitches that were quickly resolved. I believe these are inevitable with this type of relationship … regardless of who you work with. The key is solving the glitches quickly and good communication. LegWork excels at both. I vetted all the key players in the space settling on LegWork because they had the features I was seeking, were transparent with their competitive pricing and had an engaging customer friendly culture. We made an excellent choice going with LegWork.
