Jeff is my husband. I found level1pc on the internet. Brian was quick to call back, had me bring my laptop in that day and called me later to give me an update on what he found. unfortunately, my laptop was fried from hot tea being spilled on it. But the next day Brian had me all hooked up with a refurbished laptop and a blue tooth speaker to go with it. Prices are very reasonable. Brian is 'the man!' He has been working on my system for years now and has rescued me every time. I have bought hardware from him and it's always the best. Most recently he really saved me after I got scammed/hacked. What a mess that was (my own fault), but he fixed it and even improved my system from what it had been. I found Brian on Google when I was looking for a TV repair. Even though TV's are not his real business, Brian said "Bring it right over". In a little more than 2 hours it was fixed. I picked it up, took it home, and hooked it back up. That's great service! Thanks, Brian!
