Jeff is my husband. I found level1pc on the internet. Brian was quick to call back, had me bring my laptop in that day and called me later to give me an update on what he found. unfortunately, my laptop was fried from hot tea being spilled on it. But the next day Brian had me all hooked up with a refurbished laptop and a blue tooth speaker to go with it. Prices are very reasonable.
