If you are thinking of having your own or someone else’s oral history recorded, I highly recommend Life History Services. I was interviewed in 2008 by Ms. Hecht as part of a large scale oral history archive she produced for the Wisconsin State Historical Society on Senator William Proxmire. The results were outstanding. She made the process easy and meaningful for me. Plus, the entire archive was well-produced, accurate, and compelling. Five stars at least!
