Overall Feedback:

Live Watch really was fantastic. They sold to brinks and it is absolutely horrible customer service. I have called tech support 6 times in 10 days trying to remedy the issues of them sending the wrong parts I needed. I was on hold over 30 minutes every time. No one on the phone can figure anything out and constantly put you on hold. I had Live Watch for three years and never had one issue. Once my contract is up I’m changing companies. This is ridiculous.
