Client Review on Lobo Internet Services, Ltd

Very sad that this service has continued to get worse since we moved to the east mountains in July of last year. We pay for the "Guaranteed" 10Mbps connection but as you can see from the speed test posted below, we're barely better off than dial up.It's very disappointing - since when we first moved here the service was great. I don't know what has happened, but we're now experiencing problems with our connection dying entirely and the speeds dropping to this rediculously low level on almost a daily basis. This is interfering with our cell phone calls, online classes, home office work, and overall enjoyment. We've called many, many times and while the support folks are polite, they've continued to promise a fix for well over six months now. There are other options out here, but we wanted to support a local company and small business. We need a permenant solution to this or we'll be forced to look at other providers.At this point in time, it's very hard to recommend people consider Lobo Internet as an option out here. Great idea, poorly executed.
