Feedback:

I’ve been in Lower Allen for about 3 yrs and I’ve not had any problems with the staff. I’ve had to contact them for multiple reasons and they are quite helpful. Doesn’t look like the staff is the issue for the most part. Maybe it was just a bad moment. Give them a chance. Maybe things will change for you. I can say that the tax collector is not always in a friendly mood.
