I will gladly elaborate. Threatening to come tear the deck down before you would credit any more than $200 for the poor workmanship would be one of those issuesA deck was built for our family - shoddy workmanship lead to them coming back to redo a portion of the deck and stairs. Those were not completed. LumberOne filed a Mechanich's Lien on my parents who had been waiting to pay the other half of the bill until things were completed. Hired a reputable contractor to appraise the deck, he found $1,500 worth of repairs would be needed. Things escalated where they spent more money on their attorney fee than we were asking back. My family had been using this company for 26 years.
