Showed up to my 12 pm appointment to no one working and the building closed. Called but no one answered. Waited for 45 minutes hoping someone would show up but no one did. Don't waste your time at this establishment like I did.

I have been to these guys about 5 times over the past 3ish years. Each time they answered my questions to the best of their ability and offered different methods to tackling the problems I had. Twice they didn't charge me because we just spoke about my computer troubles and issues and they didn't put a price on the advice. They are quick, efficient, and kind to non-tech savvy people.

Excellent service and fabulous results. I have visited multiple times for service. Each time required detailed attention and very specific diagnoses to correct issues. Gene is a master at his craft. He went beyond the call of duty in one instance to aid my storage situation, and was knowledgeable regarding hardware away from the Mac in this situation. Lastly, he was quick to let me know when some issue was outside his scope if expertise, but was kind enough to forward a recommendation. Inwould highly recommend MACypher. Gene is the MacGyver of The Mac!
