Excellent service and fabulous results. I have visited multiple times for service. Each time required detailed attention and very specific diagnoses to correct issues. Gene is a master at his craft. He went beyond the call of duty in one instance to aid my storage situation, and was knowledgeable regarding hardware away from the Mac in this situation. Lastly, he was quick to let me know when some issue was outside his scope if expertise, but was kind enough to forward a recommendation. Inwould highly recommend MACypher.
