Last month I had emails to print out and ship. Then again a couple weeks later. They charged me twice as much as they did the first time. Shady, charges what they want. I let it slide and came back again “stupid me” this time for just copies, I told her a couple were of poor quality. She ignored me and continued to copy. She was in such a hurry to get out by 6 pm and told me “her boss doesn’t allow her to stay after 6 pm.” I told her she was serving a customer I’m sure it will be fine. She stomped to lock the door and asked if I wanted a bag for my copies that I told her were substandard. The girl was rude and grit her teeth and smiled as if it was difficult to try to provide excellent or even a little customer service and said “ you can leave them and we can do them tomorrow it’s 6 o’clock.” Through her fake smile and teethie grin. I told her “oh no that’s okay I’ll just know better next time.” I rather drive 25 miles to Rolla STAPLES and receive EXCELLENT customer service and at a quarter of the price, then to ever have to deal with these rude people and this store again. I wished I could leave 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow it.
