Mainsail gave us good notice before showings occurred, and gave us the feedback on what the potential buyers thought. Good communicators. We really were impressed with their internet presence and the added exposure it gave our house listing. When the time came for a contract, Mainsail guided us through the price negotiation and eventually to a smooth closing. I will definitely use Mainsail Realty again.
