We listed our home in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, for sale with Mainsail Realty. They went into action immediately, taking photos, setting up a lock box, and giving us advice on how to set up the house for the best showing experience. Mainsail gave us good notice before showings occurred, and gave us the feedback on what the potential buyers thought. Good communicators. We really were impressed with their internet presence and the added exposure it gave our house listing. When the time came for a contract, Mainsail guided us through the price negotiation and eventually to a smooth closing. I will definitely use Mainsail Realty again.

Mainsail Realty and Clayton Bonjean rock! First of all, the website is the best realty website with all available properties in the area. You can search by neighborhood, by price, by type of property, and many more options. Each listing gives great details, photos, and even a map of the property. We stalked the website for several months and dreamed of moving to the beach. While vacationing down here, we called Clayton Bonjean and asked to view a condo the very next day. Clayton made it happen and even arranged very last minute for us to see a different property that we inquired about during our meeting with him. After we went back to our home in a different state, Clayton looked at properties for us and even sent videos and walked through the houses with us on FaceTime. Clayton is very knowledgeable, personable, and quick to take action. He is enthusiastic, anticipated our needs, and made buying our 30A home a fun experience. Thanks, Clayton!

I had the pleasure of working with Andy Mac from Mainsail Realty who assisted me in buying a property in Miramar Beach. We started our relationship back in November of 2013, when we had a contract on a short sale . Not only did Andy help guide me through the arduous and occasionally frustrating procedure but he kept helping me look for other properties when the deal fell through after 6 months. Being a prospective buyer living several hours away, I relied heavily on Andy to look at various units and to give advice and his opinion regarding the local real estate market. Every time I asked Andy to go see a property, he went diligently and went out of his way to make a video and promptly get back in touch with me.
