I had the pleasure of working with Andy Mac from Mainsail Realty who assisted me in buying a property in Miramar Beach. We started our relationship back in November of 2013, when we had a contract on a short sale . Not only did Andy help guide me through the arduous and occasionally frustrating procedure but he kept helping me look for other properties when the deal fell through after 6 months. Being a prospective buyer living several hours away, I relied heavily on Andy to look at various units and to give advice and his opinion regarding the local real estate market.
