Hire this attorney. I was a firefighter and had a spinal injury on the job. Victor has been by my side since my injury and has consistently looked out for me and my family’s best interest. When workers comp had denied coverage or given me a hard time Victor has come in and resolved the issue quickly and set things right every time. I am so thankful for this man and his practice. He has been there every time and fought for me like he is my own family. Call this law firm and hire him, you will not be disappointed.

I have a rare connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and many secondary issues. Mr. Malca took the time to learn the ins and outs of my syndrome and all the complications it causes. He fought for my social security disability benefits and wouldn't give up till we won. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Malca and his staff were exceptional. From the onset of our initial consultation through the social security appeal process, Mr. Malca made himself available to me on an as needed basis. My case was a very difficult case and he handled it with patience and in the best of judgment. We ended up getting a positive result from the SSA without even going to hearing.
