Would like to thank Victor Malca and his staff for an OUTSTANDING SERVICE that they provided for us. They were always friendly and courteous . ALWAYS returned our phone calls immediately and answered all our questions. Mr. Malca always took the time to listen to our concerns. The ladies in office were very helpful as well .
