Client Review on MARC Advertising

Feedback:

Disappointing. Would not deal with this company again. Trusted and paid for an order of approximately $700 (June 2016) which was to be completed and distributed by end of August or 1st week of September and after several emails back and forth with different departments (who all have different ETA's and reasons), I still have not received order and it is November. They are now telling me early December because of the manufacturer they hired. Had I not followed up with this, I would not have heard from them. No one contacted me about the challenge. Extremely disappointing client service and told me refund not possible.
