Feedback:

I was pro Marrano until now---in my 2nd Marrano buillt home. Until recently I have had fields in back of me. It is in the beginning stages of development and they have left a 25-30ft swale in the back of my yard. This swale shouldnt have been there from the beginning--drainage pipes should have been installed then graded over. Pipes have been placed for the new lots and ours (3 of us) have lots that look like s#$%. Comments on Marrano's fb page have been deleted, including pics of my yard, so clearly they are not concerned. For the money I paid for my home, my lot should not look like trash. There are too many builders in WNY to not choose one who cares.
