Andy and his team do great work at very reasonable prices. They have great customer service and pay close attention to the details.I have used their monogramming service four times now over the last three years and I have been very happy with the results each time.

Horrible customer service! My experience isn't even 1 star...Went in for our business logo to be embroidered on polo shirts....was told I'd hear from them within a week for art approval. I called them (over a week later) and was told "it was still out for artwork". Asked to please let me know the status as I do need these. Had to call them back (it's now 3 weeks later) and was told they lost my order/artwork. Asked him when was he planning to call us and notify us - he said he couldn't find our number and then suddenly found it "oh, here it is" during the phone conversation! Obviously, we weren't a big enough order for his concern or time...Honesty goes a long way in my world...this they are not! Small business? Recommend you go elsewhere!!
