Client Review on Maryland Monogram Products

Horrible customer service! My experience isn't even 1 star...Went in for our business logo to be embroidered on polo shirts....was told I'd hear from them within a week for art approval. I called them (over a week later) and was told "it was still out for artwork". Asked to please let me know the status as I do need these. Had to call them back (it's now 3 weeks later) and was told they lost my order/artwork. Asked him when was he planning to call us and notify us - he said he couldn't find our number and then suddenly found it "oh, here it is" during the phone conversation! Obviously, we weren't a big enough order for his concern or time...Honesty goes a long way in my world...this they are not! Small business? Recommend you go elsewhere!!
