I brought a door from this company that had a crack in the frame of the door when I brought it and had installed by Home Depot. Home DePot said they would refer me to Masonite warranty department and Masonite warranty dept. told me to paint over the crack and not worry about it. Also saying it is not a structural damage and we will be fine. So we pay $1000 for a new door that is like a use door with a crack? That's nuts! I will NEVER buy any of their doors again, ever! Now I have to go through Home Depot. What a bad experience! Especially since I paid to have this professionally installed as well. That company should have not installed this door if they saw this defect but they said that they didn't.

This company is the worst I know have long problems and have had to have surgery but they don't take doctors notes which I think is illegal.Most of the people who work there stay sick and the worst part is they condone bad behavior and know most of their employees are drug addicts who do drugs in the bathroom and won't do randoms and where the contract says they don't people who are medically needy they do.oh and I've seen people pee on there self and bleed because they aren't allowed to go when they need to.

Terrible management. Supervisors refuse to work with life events. They hire illegal workers again after they have been fired and come back with different names and they still receive their old pay and vacation
