Great place to have packages delivered.

My employer and I always get great service from the printing side; sadly, the same can't be said of the shipping side of the business. They can't--won't?--accept/scan a QR code for an Amazon return but will gladly charge you $3 to print a return label. Don't be fooled by all the UPS logos--they are NOT a UPS store.

The store was 20 minutes late returning after lunch. USP drop off does not take the QR Codes that amazon sends to return some of their packages. Had to go back home call customer service at amazon and was still unable you get anything but a QR code. The closest storeto accept the codes is 50 miles away. The lady was helpful in explaining whatI words need to do.

these folks are great! we use the post office box because the regular mail service in canon city is horrible. We can stop by once or twice a week to pick up packages or mail..which is pretty much how often the mailman would show up at our home mailbox.

Master Printers was paid to deliver packages to an existing address that was properly written on the mailing address form. I did not pay to have people try really hard or do the best they could, although that is appreciated. When my packages were returned I was charged an addition, very steep, fee. As well as being told MY CHILDRENS BRITHDAY PRESENTS WERE BEING HELD HOSTAGE UNTILL I PAID THE FEE. No bill in the mail, no debate, no commom courtesy. After it was pointed out that no where on the receipt was there a statement of addition chrage for nondelivery/package returen BUT it was pointed out there was a small purple lamented sign on the back of the cash register, so look out for that. When everything was said and done it cost me well over $100 to NOT have my packages shipped, no services rendered. I was told the fee was being passed onto the customer from other larger shipping companies which may be the case. One thing I do know is I'm out over $100 and my children don't have their presents. In summation my money is much better spent using USPS or going to an actual fedex/ups location.
