20/06/2016 UpdateAfter a lot of grief with Allistair the owner of Media Heroes, he has decided to stop all services which includes hosting and seo due to us asking for a refund. What a joke this person is treating customers like cash cows when he knew our website would never get on first page of google. What really pees me off is he sends his own Mother to do his dirty work and lie to new customers so there web design team can keep busy. We look forward in taking legal action against these ripp off seo companies.20/05/2016I am giving Media Heroes one star at this time due to promises that have not been delivered. Firstly back in 2013 we decided on this company to take over seo services for our website. We were happy with our old website but were told it will never rank so we had to pay $4000 for a new website that would rank high after a couple of years. Well unfortunately now being 3 years later we have had no improvement what so ever with ranking of our website. This is after paying seo monthly fees that were put on suspension as they could not figure out why our site could not rank. This has been the worse experience for our business and loss revenue for 3 years. I am now being told that we need to come up with either $500 or $1500 to fix there security issues from malware. This is a website that they created and now has malware viruses but they want the website owners to pay for. I have asked for a complete refund and if that does not happen then we have no option but to take legal action. My advice is to go elsewhere if you want seo or a new website done. Will keep you posted.
