If I could do NO stars I would. Worst customer service. They will tell you a different story every time you talk with them. I have a gas leak in my dryer and it’s under a Samsung warranty. Unfortunately I had no choice but to use them. The supervisor, Eric, has told me a different story every time we spoke. I was told to open a new ticket through Samsung so he could get someone else back out, only to have him tell Samsung (while I was also on the phone) they will not go back out to my house bc the soapy water he sprayed on one component didn’t bubble. The gas company has been out servals times and reads gas leaking inside of the dryer drum. Call Samsung and insist they put you through to the dispatch line to use a different company for repairs.
