If I could do NO stars I would. Worst customer service. They will tell you a different story every time you talk with them. I have a gas leak in my dryer and it’s under a Samsung warranty. Unfortunately I had no choice but to use them. The supervisor, Eric, has told me a different story every time we spoke. I was told to open a new ticket through Samsung so he could get someone else back out, only to have him tell Samsung (while I was also on the phone) they will not go back out to my house bc the soapy water he sprayed on one component didn’t bubble. The gas company has been out servals times and reads gas leaking inside of the dryer drum. Call Samsung and insist they put you through to the dispatch line to use a different company for repairs.

Total trash. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. The techs are arrogant, show up sometime within a 8 hour window, and just overall provide a lame service. 100% garbage. Ask for another repair company. This company can’t be trusted and will waste your time.

Friendly, reliable and great prices... Metro Tech Squad did a great job on my 2007 Vista, runs better now than when I bought it. With a very knowledgeable staff, they got the job done right, the first time and for a great price. They worked with me to get an appointment on my busy schedule that worked for me in a VERY timely manner. Thank you Metro Tech Squad, I will be referring you to all my friends.

While a friend was staying with me, she accessed a website that completely screwed my computer up. It wouldn't even let me log onto Windows, much less allow me to access any of my documents. I am a full-time student so I needed my computer fixed asap so a friend of mine recommended Metro Tech Squad. I'm not sure as to what the other reviewer was talking about because they were able to come out the same day to fix my computer & it was cheaper than if I had taken it to Best Buy. On top of that, they were also very friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend them to anyone with computer problems.
