Client Review on Miller's Graffix

Ironically I chose to go with Miller's Graffix for business cards, business merchandise, and magnetic signs for our new business due to a good review I saw online. So I'm here now to warn people against using this company. To say that I was unsatisfied would be an understatement. I worked with JoElla Short (Manager) for the products (3 separate orders) and all I can say about her customer service is it is piss poor. She lagged in responses to inquiries and orders, made consistent and costly mistakes, and had a general attitude of apathy for our business. I thought maybe it was just her and tried to work with Ben Miller toward the end. When our business merchandise finally arrived (it took much longer than necessary to get ordered and sent to production) there were major problems with it. First they botched our business logo and second there was merchandise that had issues with the embroidery. I was fed up at this point in trying to work with JoElla and so my husband, being the empathetic and good-natured guy that he is, worked with Ben to try and reconcile the situation. Instead of making Miller's re-do our entire order of t-shirts/hats/sweatshirts/etc. on their dime, he accepted the change in slogan to avoid the cost for their company. In exchange they were suppose to ship us new business cards and electronic signs for our vehicle (thank god we hadn't done a wrap yet). We accepted this as reconciliation and were prepared to keep working with them.After waiting for a month for our shipment, I decided to go into the shop personally (we do not live in the area) and see what was going on and also get an estimate for a wrap for our vehicles. When I arrived, they had our cards and signs in the back, but hadn't bothered to ship them, let alone call and let us know they were in. In addition to this, they hadn't even reordered the merchandise that they were supposed to have redone to ship to us. The final straw came today when I received an email saying they were going to credit our account and not even bother to reorder the merchandise necessary to fulfill the original order. Thanks for the lack of customer service Miller's Graffix!
