The social media and email drip campaigns have great and relevant content for our target audience. We are based in the UK so have on occasion needed to make some slight changes to the US orientated content. Our account manager Laura has also gone through some of these campaigns while on the phone to us to Anglicize them too, which shows great customer service. The software is fully featured, which could be a little overwhelming, but for the excellent back office team that are always willing to make the changes on our behalf.Monthly review meeting keep us on track and the real time statistics of clicks and engagement really make this an excellent investment for our marketing department.

Fast time to launch - Great Partner Portal tool for the investment. The customer service and support is fantastic in helping you launch your portal. We really like the marketing tools for lead generation for our partners. I have built custom partner portals before and Mindmatrix offers a great entry into companies looking to build a partner portal that doesn't break marketing budgets for the year!

Mindmatrix is the very best email automation and marketing platform by far. My account representative, Megan Cramer, is the engine that makes it all happen. Without her, I would not be seeing the lead generation results we have be experiencing for over a year. I have actually explored other options for our company in the past and found a couple of other platforms I did like, but when I examined Mindmatrix further, I realized it all works because of their unique content and the very high value Megan Cramer brings to the service. There is no way I would ever consider moving to another service. I highly recommend having a conversation with Mindmatrix and Megan. I guarantee you will see results.

My company has been using this software for a little over a year now and have been very pleased with its functionality. It can tend to be a dense product with just how many features it includes but once we figured out exactly how we wanted to use the program and voiced our needs to our account rep and the support team they have been incredibly helpful in making it an easy to manage and use tool.
