Feedback:

The social media and email drip campaigns have great and relevant content for our target audience. We are based in the UK so have on occasion needed to make some slight changes to the US orientated content. Our account manager Laura has also gone through some of these campaigns while on the phone to us to Anglicize them too, which shows great customer service. The software is fully featured, which could be a little overwhelming, but for the excellent back office team that are always willing to make the changes on our behalf.Monthly review meeting keep us on track and the real time statistics of clicks and engagement really make this an excellent investment for our marketing department.
