I have been a customer of mindset for a few years. Once, I had a serious problem with my computer and they got me up and running in a very reasonable amount of time.A week later, my wife needed a new ower supply for her laptop. I walked in and out of the store in 5 minutes with a brand new replacement that is working over a year later. Last week I went in to find out about new compter. They sit down and listen ed to everything I needed and wanted it to do. A day later... it was ready. I loved that they listened to me instead of upselling. I liked that they emailed me a few times for questions about how to load the software that I wanted.I like how I was treated with respect and not talked down to.Also..the price they gave me was the price that I paid. No bull. No gimics.Customer service is alive and well.Thank you Mindset!
