Feedback:

I run a charitable foundation that helps families that have lost children due to terminal illness. Many of these families after paying for medical costs can no longer afford to pay for a proper burial for their child. Our foundation provides them with financial assistance. I went to Kris King at Mindset to have my website redone. The site was set up already and Kris said he would modify it to be more user friendly. After over a year, and constant excuses, the site remains the same. This so called business has one technician who would rather spend time playing with his car then do the work he was paid for. I have requested a refund of my $600 deposit which has to this day not been returned. A business that takes money from anyone, never mind a charity, should be closed down. Please don't walk away from this business ......RUN.HEY Kris, if you spent as much time on the web site as your did on the response you may have completed the job you were paid to redesign. You also neglected to mention the two months of lost time when you told me your computer crashed. Guess you have to find a good computer repair shop! My post was about my foundation site, not my sons business which is another story. The foundation site was up and running and all I needed to provide you was pictures for the gallery "which I did" and they were also lost. Please invite me to your GRAND CLOSING so I can enjoy some of those cream pastries that I assume your friend talked about in that previous review. All I saw on my numerous visits to your store was you eating lunch!AGAIN .... RUN FROM THIS PLACE, DON"T WALK!
