This company shut my water off to a rental property in June without any kind of notice. I called to get it turned on and they wanted to charge 150 bucks to turn it back on. Then I get a call saying they will turn the water off on july 18th if the bill is not current which it was. So they prematurely turned the water off and want to charge a shut off fee and a turn on fee. Then I call the main office to sort it out and they were rude to my wife and myself by going as far to hang up on you or through you on hold without ever dealing with the problem. Customer service is a joke. Along with the water company.
