Update 9/3/19: Chris reached out to me this morning to apologize for the miscommunication AND came out this afternoon to see if it was possible to get service to our address. (Currently, no.) So... updating my review to four stars because of the efforts made after a mistake to make it right. Thank you, Chris. We appreciate the time you took to call, come out, and follow up. Original 8/30/19 Three chances then you lose my business. Two weeks ago, using their contact form on their website, I asked if service was offered at my address in Libby. STRIKE ONE: I got no email or call back to answer my question. So, Thursday, I called and spoke to "Josh" because the service map on their website is not working. Josh said a technician could visit the address the following morning to see if service could be run to the address. I asked for a call or text so I would have a heads up before the technician arrived, and cleared my morning through lunch to make sure I was home. STRIKE TWO: I never got a call or text. STRIKE THREE: No technician ever showed up, AND I never got a call to reschedule/apologize for no show. So, nevermind. I will go with a company who wants my business, who cares about offering good customer (ie keeping their appointments and open communication). I expect better from a business who claims to have small town values.

If I could rate 1/2 star I would. Internet is complete rubbish. Called tech support to see if they're working on the lines. No they're not. Every day for past 2 months, internet is spotty at best. Said they would follow up with me. They haven't. Going to start pro-rating the bill. Should not have to pay for a service I am not receiving. I am not the only one with this problem. Fix your service or sell to someone who can.

This is the best internet in Libby. I love these guys. They were always good to me and they had better upload and download speed than Frontier. We used these guys until a few days ago because we are moving out of the area. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is not internet related at all. Their office is strongly perfume scented. But you can pay your bill online which was my work around. If you have asthma, just keep that in mind. I won't take a star for that because they are excellent. They always worked to fix any equipment/line issues and they keep customers updated on Facebook when there is an issue they are working on.Five stars. Hell, I'd give them more if I could.
