Client Review on The Morning Call

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had to deal with. I have always had the newspaper delivered to my house. I have always loved getting the newspaper. Unfortunately, after several months of picking up wet newspapers thrown everywhere but in our delivery box I wanted to cancel my subscription. Originally called to cancel my subscription several months ago. I thought everything was taken care of. Then, three months later I get a bill from a collections agency... I call to figure out why I got this bill, and they say I never canceled but instead my account was suspended due to not having been paid. So I pay the bill I shouldn't have in the first place and make it very clear to the customer service person that I want to CANCEL my subscription. Now here we are two weeks later and I come home to find newspaper in my box. I call for a third time and yet again they don't have my account canceled and are trying to bill me! I'm not sure how one can make it any clearer then saying "I do not want the Morning Call delivered to my house anymore, I want to cancel my subscription." If there is/was another option for local newspaper, they will be getting my business.
