On Monday March 18th 2019 I went to Most Wanted Printing, LLC to have 15 sweatshirts printed for a group of friends for our High School Drumline Program. I went to Amazon and purchased 15 sweatshirts adding to a total of $261.24 and brought them to Most Wanted Printing, LLC and paid $152.50 to have them printed. I collected around $415 from those who wanted a sweatshirt to pay for the job in totality. I walked in to Most Wanted and was told the job was easy, and they needed a week to finish them and I paid the first installment of $75. A week passed and I called to check on the progress and was told the sweatshirts needed another day. On March 26th I arrived to pick up the product and found all the sweatshirts not even started. I was told to come back a few hours later and when I did they still had to take 40 minutes to finish. They were packaged before I could see them. I paid and returned to my car. Ryan, the printer, came back outside as he forgot to package a sweatshirt, quickly handed it to me and ran as fast as possible back inside. This is when I knew something was wrong. When I got home all 15 sweatshirts looked as horrific as the one Ryan handed to me. Horribly discolored, flaking, sticky and completely ruined. My friends were displeased and asked for a refund. When I contacted Most Wanted the following day, they agreed to write me a refund check ONLY for the services and told me to keep the sweatshirts, I DID receive this check. I was told to contact a man named Moxie Maxwell, who's role in the business I still don't know, to discuss the issue. When I called him he belittled me, asked to speak to "who I report to" (even though it was my own project and I'm 18 yrs of age), and gave me attitude when I expressed my disappointment/frustration that I had to now pay $261.24 out of my own pocket to refund my friends as they would not refund the destroyed sweatshirts, just the bad service. I emailed Moxie pictures of the sweatshirts as requested and a month later I still have heard nothing. I don’t recommend this business at all, stay away

I had left my previous screen printer due to a lack of quality on my t-shirt prints. I made a quick google search, phone call, and a few emails, and my invoice was ready to go with Most Wanted Printing. The whole team was very nice and knowledgeable, and had my order finished in no time at all. The quality of printing I received was incomparable to anything I had received in the past. Great prices, quick turn around, and the highest quality prints I have received to date. I look forward to continuing my business with MWP. Thank you!
