Really bad experience.I booked my appointment for the first time since I live in Astoria and thought it was convenient since it’s a hospital and has multiple choices; And I was wrong.My rendezvous was at 11:15 am so I showed up 20mn earlier to prepare myself for all the paperwork. I waited in the waiting room from 11:10 till 11:40 and no acknowledgement or whatsoever; At this point I just went to the receptionist who did my paperwork and asked her to cancel everything. I can’t trust in an establishment that it is going to make me wait for 25 mn and not showing any care.For that I will not recommend this hospital to anyone!
