Overall Feedback:

Fantastic classes, especially yoga and PRX (oof) Instructors really get the best out of you and are friendly and encouraging. I really enjoyed my time here doing one of the 6 week programmes and have recommended to friends. Good range of classes and timings that are actually realistic and work well with conventional office hours so you can go before or after work. The yoga space is really lovely, would highly recommend!
