I've done a few programs with the Method team and every single one has helped me to get closer to my goal - not only are the team members and teachers wonderful people, and specialists in their field - but they helped me to build up what I have set up to do for myself and push me (in a nice way) to become a better version of myself. I have learned how to get my strength back and right - over a year on off at Method I was able to improve my strength and my body appearance - a year ago I was not able to do 10 push ups or a proper Chaturanga Dandasana - now I can! Thank you team Method

Signing up to the Method's 6 weeks challenge was the BEST thing I've done for myself in the last 10+ years! In the first 3 weeks I lost 6.2kg and over 3% body fat, by the end of the program I lost almost 10 kg and 6% body fat. I am still shocked by these results. The Method team is super friendly and supporting, they know how to motivate you and pick you up from the floor on your bad days. From receptionists to the trainers and to your assigned personal coach they do their fair share and your only job is to show up and work as hard as you can. Their signature Bondi Sculpt, Bondi Shred and Bondi Shape classes are not easy, especially at the beginning, but as your body gets stronger you will start enjoying them more and more. They have a good variety of classes to choose from e.g.: their signature Bondi classes to HIIT, Boxing, Brazilian Method, Yoga, my personal favourite of TRX etc. I received my customised meal plan with lots of tasty recepies, tailored to my fish and seafood allergy. During my 6 weeks challange I learnt how to diet without feeling hungry. This meal plan changed my relationship to food and eating and I still stick to this plan. I cannot be grateful enough for the Method Team for this 6 weeks and I can only recommend them to anyone looking for a change and for kick starting their fitness journey.

Method is a great gym. I completed the 6 week challenge and managed to lose 3.7kg and 8.59% body fat and I have already noticed a difference in my body shape. The team are brilliant and really take an interest in every person in the class to make sure your technique is correct and that you are pushing yourself.

The 6 week challenge has been the best fitness experience ever! I had tried so many things in the past and this is the first program that got me amazing results: I dropped 5.46% in body fat, lost 10.5 cm around my belly, my posture improved and I feel much more energized. I really loved the holistic approach - the different classes, the nutrition plan and the fact that the team tracked and celebrated my progress really made a huge difference. I learned so much about my body and had tons of fun in the process (special thanks to Monty and Ollie for pushing me in the Bondi Shred & PRX classes)! I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to build a balanced workout routine and get sustainable results. Thank you to the whole Method team!

Loved the meal plans, nut the greatest strength is the staff and trainers. They always have a smile and push you to breaking point so that you do progress. Can't recommend them enough

Hands down the worst customer service and admin I have ever experienced. For 2.5 months I have been trying to get on to the transformation program. I have called, emailed, left messages and very rarely had a reply. I finally arranged a meeting, turned up and the person I was having the meeting with wasn't there. This then happened again with the owner Josh, who didn't turn up to a meeting and never apologised or tried to reschedule. Today after months of calls and emails it still isn't possible to join because the offer was taken down, the only thing stopping me joining in March/ April was Method Movements utter lack of professionalism and competence. A truly exasperating and disappointing experience.

The six weeks challenge! Since going vegetarian I had gained weight as I did not know how to replace the protein I got from meat with healthy alternatives, resulting in me eating mostly carbs and fats. I was not fat in any way, but I knew that I was not healthy and if I didn’t change something I would keep gaining weight. I saw the Method Movement on Instagram and started following them, watching their classes, which looked interesting and it intrigued me. I decided that I was going to try it out and signed up for the six weeks challenge! I instantly loved it! I have never been much for classes, because I don’t think they push me enough, but this was different! The trainers push you to your limit, while still making sure that you are not compromising form and Ofc making sure that you are still enjoying yourself! The range of classes are great, there is something for everyone! Method Movement feels like a small family, you get to know the people in your classes and the staff always recognise you and follow up on how you are doing.I felt a difference in my body right away, originally I did not believe that I would be able to shed 5 kilos and 6% body fat in just six weeks, but I ended with shedding 6.5 kg and 11% body fat, without starving myself and eating really yummy food and large portions! Just being persistent with working out and prepping my meals every day. Highly recommend method to ANYONE.
