Feedback:

The company successful transferred two VHS tapes on to a thumb drive at a reasonable cost within a week. The tapes were important because they are to be used at my granddaughter's fourth birthday party coming up next month. They contain my own daughter (the granddaughter's mother) fourth birthday party in 1985. They also made a copy while I waited at a fair costs. I highly recommend Mr. Video.

Feedback:

Great service - the folks at Mr Video are terrific to work with - extremely knowledgeable and welll priced. They offer a high quality product and did a phenomenal job with the set up. Also a pleasure to work with. I have been in the event planning business for many years and will definitely work with Mr Video again. I am happy to highly recommend them for you AV needs

Feedback:

I rented 15 inch Mackie SRM 450 powered speakers for a graduation party. The speakers were great with high sound quality. There service was great! The gentleman spent time to show me how to assemble the speakers and made sure i knew how to before i left. I would recommend this business to anyone who are need of their services!

Feedback:

I like nothing about this service. The lost half my slides, gave me back slides that had not been copied, and we're rude on top of everything. Had me go in the back to look for the slides and showed me a total mess! No labels on the orders, loose slides all over the place, and threw my newest order in the jumble. What a disorganized, mismanaged, chaos!

Feedback:

On their website they are advertising quality film transfer to HD AVI, Apple ProRes, BlueRay and other formats. I have recently used their services to convert my old 8 mm film to a digital format and what I walked out with was a low quality, compressed WMV file. When I talked to the technician and tried to explain to him that I need a more professional quality such as uncompressed AVI or Apple ProRes (which they are advertising on their web site), and when I asked him what kind of equipment they are using for transfer, he gave me a whole lot of answers none of which really explained anything and I realized that he has extremely limited knowledge of services they are providing. Unfortunately, this waste of time cost me a $100, paid up front. Do yourself a favor, and find a real professional video service, ask questions up front, check on the files before you pay. I really wish there is one positive thing I can say about this place, but there is not. Waste of time and money.

Feedback:

I wrote a review a few years ago that the experience wasn't good but the quality was OK. I went back today to place an order, and SHOCKER, the customer service was not good (I don't know why I keep going back). I needed to make some DVD's and was told that because I had 2 DVD's and wasn't sure what was on each one, he was going to charge me $25 just to open them. He wanted to "save" me some money by having me go open them on my own and then come back. I am about to spend hundreds of dollars at their store, but he won't open the disc without charging me first? I run a business too and I keep wondering how they're still open.
