Larry and Paul were great. My wife and I drove to this store from Delaware. She had been looking for the right trike for a very long time. With her handicap she’s not a one size fits all customer. We had already tried Lancaster Recumbents and she traveled to Bicycle Man in upstate New York. Neither were able to accommodate her. If not for the lack of trying. My Airy had just the right trike. They patiently took the time fit the trike and answer all sort of novice nuisance questions. We are confident that this trike when completely outfitted will last her a very long time.
